HOLOGATE ARENA
Our multiplayer VR system, HOLOGATE ARENA, was the very first to take the entertainment industry by storm. We have continually set a high bar with our library of games that push the limits of VR and are addictively fun.
‘Ghostbusters VR Academy’ is no exception and raises the bar yet again! Players are academy trainees that will strap on their proton packs and work as a team to attempt to trap or blast ghosts to the otherworld…but, whatever you do, do not cross the streams. That would be bad.
Through our proprietary code, we have created the realistic effect of a motion ride while the players physically remain in their respective areas. This virtual moving platform will take them from one ghostly environment to another, with each scenario getting more menacing than the previous. To further enhance the immersion, we have added effects like wind and even marshmallow scent for an iconic Stay Puft Marshmallow Man battle!
HOLOGATE BLITZ
‘Ghostbusters’ training wouldn’t be complete without the ability to master the controls of a new futuristic hovering version of the ‘Ghostbusters’ ECTO, so we are putting trainees to the test on the HOLOGATE BLITZ, our premium, 6 degrees-of-freedom (6DOF), whisper-quiet belt driven, interactive driving and flying simulator.
Each trainee will be putting their skills to the test as they travel at ultra-high speeds, navigate while keeping within the boundaries of the upper and lower levels of the city, and avoiding obstacles like slime and blasting away ghosts that will attempt to slow them down. Players compete to see who is the fastest, most skillful driver. Wind generated from the BLITZ add to effect of the high-paced action.
This ideal pairing of the HOLOGATE ARENA and the HOLOGATE BLITZ platforms and the thrilling, challenging, and authentic training scenarios are exactly what ‘Ghostbusters’ fans would expect from this globally popular franchise.
